Common questions

Do I need an account to use CheckedIn?
No. You can add medications, get reminders, and log doses without creating an account. An account is only needed if you want to invite a caregiver to see your adherence.

Can CheckedIn tell me about drug interactions or dosages?
No, and it never will. CheckedIn is a reminder and logging tool only. For medical questions, please talk to a pharmacist or doctor.

How do I remove a caregiver, or delete my account?
Both are available in the app itself. See Delete My Account for the deletion flow.
